Hanging Out in the Basement

Athens had some tornados this evening and the sirens actually went off (which hasn’t happened, as far as I know, in about ten years) so we decided it was worth hanging out below ground for a little while. At one point I looked out the vent and could see nothing but white. Very strange. The tornado appears to have touched down on the eastside about five miles from our house. So now you know what the basement looks like. Lovely isn’t it?
